In questo momento è il nostro agire quotidiano che può salvaguardarci. È l’impegno di ciascuno a operare secondo le regole imposte dalle circostanze; regole dure da accettare, che hanno costretto noi tutti a dovere riconsiderare ogni nostro comportamento e a renderli in qualche modo innaturali.
A chi non pesa non abbracciare un padre, un fratello, un amico; non stringere una mano; non mostrare il proprio sorriso o il proprio broncio; non raccogliere semplicemente un oggetto che è caduto di mano a qualcuno che ci sta vicino.
Tutto è mutato, e così dovrà essere, perché è la rinuncia all’esercizio di piccole libertà che può evitare che qualcun altro si ammali.
Quando lei Capizzi chiede a me i dati sul numero di contagiati, dati che quotidianamente sono in mio possesso e che pubblico periodicamente, non fa il bene della comunità. Non è il terrore che ci rende più responsabili, ma è l’esempio.
