L’amministrazione comunale ha disposto l’attivazione delle procedure di stabilizzazione per l’assunzione a tempo indeterminato dei lavoratori attualmente impegnati presso il Comune nello svolgimento di attività socialmente utili (ASU), in applicazione della legge regionale approvata lo scorso
15 aprile.
La stabilizzazione dei
lavoratori ASU potrà attuarsi a tempo parziale, in deroga alla dotazione organica e al piano di fabbisogno di personale. Gli oneri saranno a totale carico della Regione Siciliana, che per ciascun dipendente stabilizzato riconoscerà, su base annua, un contributo. Attualmente i lavoratori
ASU impegnati nei servizi comunali sono 8 unità . Le procedure di stabilizzazione, sono state portate avanti dal segretario generale dell’ente Francesco Fragale su direttive della Giunta Arcidiacono ,che nel corso della seduta di ieri ,ha votato la delibera all’unanimità . “Si sta per concludere un procedimento importante – ha dichiarato il sindaco
