Il Sindaco Alberto Arcidiacono durante l’incontro svoltosi oggi pomeriggio a Monreale, ha manifestato tutta la sua vicinanza alla famiglia di Alex, il ragazzo monrealese tristemente famoso per essere stato vittima di una brutale aggressione, prendendo una ferma posizione a nome di tutta l’amministrazione comunale contro ogni forma di violenza. “Monreale non può accettare quello che é accaduto – commenta il Sindaco – i nostri concittadini hanno il sacrosanto diritto di lasciare i propri figli in totale sicurezza per le vie del nostro paese. E le istituzioni monrealesi non se ne laveranno le mani ma si batteranno fino in fondo perchè ciò accada a difesa di un nostro fratello che ha subito una pesantissima lesione e a difesa di tutti i cittadini. Dobbiamo sforzarci tutti, amministrazione, ragazzi e famiglie affinchè si ripristini un sistema civico e culturale sano, dobbiamo reagire con mano dritta e con estrema determinatezza. Se c’è una responsabilità in questa tragica vicenda bisogna che venga evidenziata con nomi e cognomi per condannare con fermezza l’accaduto e lavorare affinchè tutto ciò non si ripeta.”
