Come stabilito nell’accordo dello scorso luglio tra i rappresentanti dei lavoratori e la delegazione trattante di parte pubblica, ieri si è concluso il procedimento delle progressioni orizzontali per i dipendenti del Comune di Monreale.
Il Segretario Generale del comune Francesco Fragale, nella qualità di dirigente dell’Area Gestione Risorse Umane, su direttiva del Sindaco Alberto Arcidiacono, ha adottato ieri il provvedimento con il quale si è proceduto alle progressioni economiche orizzontali dei dipendenti comunali, utilizzando la somma di € 20.000 stanziata appositamente nel FES (fondo efficienza servizi) dell’anno 2020.
La graduatoria é stata definita individuando il 20 per cento dei dipendenti con contratto a tempo indeterminato, aventi diritto per ogni singola categoria, sulla scorta delle valutazioni effettuate nell’ultimo triennio dai dirigenti su tutto il personale loro assegnato.
Comune di Monreale: ok alla progressione dei dipendenti.
