Al fine di procedere alla istituzione della Consulta Sportiva, tutti coloro che sono interessati possono far pervenire entro il 30 aprile 2021 al protocollo generale del Comune, richiesta per la nomina, allegando fotocopia di un documento d’identità. Lo rende noto il sindaco di Monreale Alberto Arcidiacono .Alla Consulta sportiva possono aderire le associazioni e, o organismi, che siano regolarmente iscritti all’albo comunale e che abbiano i seguenti requisiti: • Svolgano nel rispetto delle finalità previste dalla legislazione nazionale e regionale vigente e dallo Statuto Comunale, la propria attività prevalentemente nel territorio comunale; • Non abbiano finalità di lucro • Prevedano le procedure di elettività e gratuità delle cariche associative, nonché delle prestazioni dell’attività svolta; • Dimostrino di aver presenza attiva sul territorio da almeno un anno dalla data della domanda • Accettino tutte le disposizioni di cui al presente Regolamento dalla data della domanda; • Siano iscritte al Registro Nazionale CONI delle Associazioni e Società sportive; • Siano in regola con gli adempimenti fiscali e civilistici. • L’ Avviso è gia’ pubblicato sul sito del Comune di Monreale www.comune.monreale.pa.it dove si trova il modulo di adesione e il regolamento.
