Esposizione al Santa Caterina
In occasione della Giornata mondiale del libro, evento patrocinato dall’Unesco, organizzato ogni anno il 23 aprile con numerose manifestazioni in tutto il mondo, per promuovere la lettura, la pubblicazione dei libri e la protezione intellettuale attraverso il copyright, l’Assessore alla Cultura Rosanna Giannetto, ha invitato il bibliofilo Pino Misseri ad occupare alcuni spazi della Biblioteca comunale “Santa Caterina”per esporre la 1^ tematica di una serie che, di volta in volta, verrà esposta per i nostri lettori, studiosi e visitatori.
La prima tematica dei libri scelti è su “MONREALE”
Il collezionista di libri “che ricorda tutti a memoria”, è stato già accolto dal Sindaco Alberto Arcidiacono, insieme alla figlia e alla moglie, nella Sala Rossa del Palazzo di Città, congratulandosi per questa passione del collezionare libri; come dice il primo cittadino: “il libro è lo sport preferito del cervello, il muscolo più importante del corpo umano”.
L’esposizione dei libri avrà inizio dal 23 aprile al 7 maggio 2021 dalle ore 10,00 alle ore 13,00 – Biblioteca Comunale via Pietro Novelli
