Il sindaco di Monreale Alberto Arcidiacono, ha reso noto che i proprietari di strutture ricettive, alberghi, case vacanza e B&B, saranno esonerati dal pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, grazie al decreto legislativo sostegni che ha istituito un Fondo da 250 milioni di euro per l’anno 2021 a ristoro parziale dei Comuni per i minori introiti dell’imposta di soggiorno.
Per quanto riguarda ristoratori ed esercizi commerciali – ha aggiunto l’assessore alle Finanze Luigi D’ELISEO – arriva il prolungamento al 30 Giugno 2021 delle esenzioni dalle tasse, per l’occupazione del suolo pubblico (ora canone unico ) per ripartire con più spazio e senza costi aggiuntivi quando l’emergenza lo permetterà . Lo stesso vale anche per la tassa di soggiorno che non dovrà essere pagata dai titolari di strutture ricettive .
