“Grande risultato dell’esperto avvocato Alessia Meli”
È di questa mattina il provvedimento del Tribunale Amministrativo di Palermo che accoglie la domanda cautelare del ricorso predisposto e depositato nel mese di novembre nell’interesse del Comune di Monreale dall’avvocato Alessia Meli, Esperto del Sindaco in discipline giuridico amministrative, per l’annullamento del decreto assessoriale con il quale l’Assessorato delle Autonomie locali aveva autorizzato la consultazione referendaria per lo scorporo di una porzione di territorio del Comune di Monreale e la sua aggregazione al Comune di San Giuseppe Jato. “Sono molto orgogliosa del risultato ottenuto, un segnale forte dato dal Tar che ha ritenuto non infondate le censure di legittimità con riferimento al calcolo del quorum strutturale. Non è mia abitudine rilasciare dichiarazioni sull’attività da me svolta in questi 28 mesi in favore del Comune – anche perché essendo stata molto impegnata nella professione di avvocato ed esperto del Sindaco non avrei avuto il tempo di dedicarmi a testate giornalistiche o social network – ma il risultato di oggi deve essere condiviso perché tocca uno dei beni più importanti di ciascuna collettività, il territorio, che identifica con orgoglio la comunità monrealese. Il lavoro di ricostruzione sia in punto di fatto che in punto di diritto è stato complesso, ma oggi il risultato è tangibile: il Tar, accogliendo la domanda cautelare, ha fissato a stretto giro l’udienza di discussione. Nessuna delle problematiche da me affrontate nella qualità di esperto del Sindaco in questi due anni e mezzo è stata semplice e mi rendo conto che ci sono argomenti la cui rilevanza,complessità e delicatezza non sempre è percepibile dall’esterno. Le polemiche e le illazioni le lascio a chi ha molto tempo a disposizione, io preferisco concentrarmi sulla nuova esperienza lavorativa come ho sempre fatto sia nella mia professione di avvocato che nella straordinaria esperienza appena conclusa di esperto del Sindaco di Monreale”.
